four co-op terms and a startup in, the pattern is clear: i do my best work in small teams where what i build on monday is in someone's hands by friday. i co-founded amber, an ai hiring platform, and took it from the first schema to the last screen.
most of the job is figuring it out live, and i stay close enough to whoever is using it to remember why it exists. off the clock: basketball, the gym, and the occasional cliff jump.
